Need to get back to blogging every day again. Doing it now since tonight will be a real late night. I am up .4 this week but that is ok. Just hoping this cold doesn't stick around too much longer. Skipped Zumba this week and will til this cold is gone.

11/21

It's been almost a week since I've been here. I am going to try to remember to come here every day.

Sitting here waiting to see if someone comes into the TFC chat for tonight. I've done my arm reps for this week and Wednesday I'll do my legs since I won't have time on Thursday to do them.  Tomorrow starts the Gift of Pain challenge on jm.com and I can't wait to see what kinda pain Admin Katie has in store for us this week.  DWTS was awesome tonight and Rob Kardashian and Cheryl Burke did a great job with both their freestyle and the other dance they did tonight.

I've decided that I have to start blogging here every day.  Even if it's using my blog app on my phone I have to blog every day. Tonight is the last Zumba class of the session and we are going to try out at Rachel and Kevin's since we can't get the back room for the month of December. Diana decided that we aren't going to start another Aerobics session until after the first of the year. I'm gonna try one night out at Rachel's before deciding if I wanna do this session or take it off and do just my DVD's and Wii games. Tonight is also the mid point weigh and measure for the holiday challenge. Going up at 6:20 for that then gonna stay and do the Leg Challenge for BC so I can get that posted when I get home later.

Sept 12, 2011

I stayed the same tonight at chapter so I went to the picnic and did fairly well with my food I was in my calorie window so happy about that. I started yesterday posting to TFC again and it's our group so I kinda am helping Julie with the team.  I missed the TFC ladies and Doc so I posted and the joined them so happy to be back with them but yet still doing BC too. I have my morning snack all thought out just not prepared yet I'm going to put some fruit in the bottom of a container then put some blueberry yogurt on top and eat that tomorrow morning.

10 yrs ago today America changed forever with the terrorist attacks on the World Trade center towers, the pentagon and a plane that went down in Pennsylvania.


I walked a little over 4 miles watching Hulu and The Biggest Loser season 9 episode 3. I'm ready for weigh in tomorrow night and will be real smart about what I eat at the picnic.

Calories and stuff were good today but sodium was up a bit knew I shouldn't have eaten the ham tonight with dinner. I did 200 stairs, 3 minutes on the elliptical then walked before Zumba tonight then had half hour Zumba and then half hour Zumba in the Circuit.

For breakfast I ate 1 slice of toast and 1 serving of scrambled eggs. Lunch was 1 bottle of Jillian's Protein shake. AM snack was cheez-its. PM snack was 1 Ice Cream Bar. Dinner we ate Cheezy potatoes and ham. I walked just 2 miles today due to having a headache and sick feeling all day. I also did 200 stairs for the stairs challenge. Tomorrow and Thursday we do Zumba in the Circle since 1 it's going to be too cold to swim and 2 Ruth's Mom passed away yesterday so we decided to work out at the gym and I will start back tomorrow evening at 6:15 and get a good 45 minute workout in before class.

I ate 1 large egg and a hashbrown with toast for breakfast. I had pork steak and mashed potatoes with carrots for lunch. Had an ice cream bar for AM snack and Wheat Thin Stiks for PM snack and Dinner was a Jillian premade shake cause I was too lazy to make my own. So far workout wise I've walked 3.12 miles and soon will get my stairs in.  Got my stairs in and now gonna chill the rest of the night.

I missed a couple of days but am back now. I had 3 brown and serve sausage links on 2 slices of Italian Bread for breakfast with 16 oz of Iced Green Tea. I ate 13 cheez-it crackers and almonds for my morning snack and now drinking a Jillian's vanilla protein shake for lunch. I had an ice cream bar for afternoon snack. I ate 2 slices of Italian Bread and 1 serving of Rice a roni for dinner. Walked 3.12 miles tonight and also did 300 stairs so got a good cal burn in for the day.

Good Bye August Hello September!! Had a great day eating but sodium was up a bit. I walked my 3.12 miles, worked on the Dog Challenge for JM.com message board challenge, and then did 400 stairs tonight. I'm tired gonna head off to bed shortly since 3:10AM comes awful early.

Missed yesterday OH Well I had a massive headache and tummy didn't feel right and was in bed early. I did my 5K and stairs today skipped yesterday due to working and then the headache after the meeting. Food and exercise were good but water needs to be improved will work on that tomorrow.

I didn't get my 5K in as planned before the birthday party but did after we got home. I drank a protein shake premade after I got finished and that counted as dinner. 5K or 3.12 miles completed this evening. Had a good day calorie wise and water wise today so happy about that now I'm ready for weigh in tomorrow night. I received my TOPS renewal in the mail last week and already have the check written and everything I need to filled out now just need Mary Etta to write my weight on it after I step off the scale.

I did my 5K today and also got in 200 stairs for the BLC BC team challenge. Don't have much time to blog tonight since it's late and I'm waiting to use the restroom again before taking my Wii Body Test. Water was good today and I drank a bottle of green tea this morning before I started my water. Think I'll get in another 5K and more stairs in tomorrow before leaving for the birthday party.

It's weird being home on a Friday night but I worked day shift today. Today was much better eating wise and haven't done my stairs or miles yet but will shortly. 200 stairs done 100 each leg lead now to walk 3 miles in a bit gonna cool off and walk during the prerace show from Bristol for the Nationwide Series then the race it's self if needed to reach 3 miles. It took me all of the prerace then 45 laps of the race to walk 3 miles. Think I'll do 4 miles tomorrow during the prerace then the cup race itself from Bristol.

Aug 25th,2011

Decided to start blogging here again. This decision was made in the chat room tonight with my BLC BC team. I'm so glad I have those lovely ladies to support me. I set a mini goal yesterday that by November 7th which is the Monday before we leave for Branson that I want to be in the lower 130's or in the upper 120's. I do want to be solidly in the 130's by Fun Day which happens to be October 1st the same day I get my new cell phone.
I walked 2 miles last night while watching TV and due to a headache only walked 1.25 miles tonight. I think tomorrow night I'll walk 3 miles the build up and do more miles each night.


I'm ready for weigh in tomorrow even though I was up a bit on the Wii Body Test tonight due to the pizza we had for lunch today which wasn't very good it was Pizza Hut and not Casey's pizza.

It's been 19 days since I've been here last.


Listening to Jillian's Podcast from 2 weeks ago the will listen to last weeks too.  It felt good to sleep 10 hrs last night to this morning. I got a new gadget and it tracks my sleep patterns up until last night to this morning I'd only slept 8 hrs but I'm off today so got to sleep in longer. No Aqua Zumba tonight to let Johnna's legs heal from Poison Ivy.

Friday July 1st 2011. Had a pretty good day eating wise and with water. I did my shadowboxing earlier this afternoon. Is it mean of me that I went permanently offline on messenger with Scott? I just feel more comfortable now going online and not having to worry about him coming online too and trying to chat with me.  I had a nice chat with Kim,Jamie,Pia and Vickie on messenger all at different times since this morning. I'm going to look forward to using yahoo messenger conference for our team chat's so more can chat with us and not just 11 like with chatzy.com.


Good news I can walk with little to no pain wearing a sock and shoe so going shopping tomorrow to see if I can find some New Balance shoes to wear to work.

6/30/11

Just realized it's been a while since I've been here. I've had a bad month of April and May wasn't much better weight wise but June was better I lost 1.5lbs for the month on June and July should be even better. 


I fractured my right foot a week ago this past Tuesday afternoon but it's starting to heal now. I knew somewhere around here we had an ace wrap for the foot and when mom and I were cleaning out the hall closet we found it so now I can put on a sock and wear shoes. So now I can go to work next week and not worry about having nothing to protect my foot.


I'm in second for the walking challenge but I want to be first for next month so will try harder and hopefully not have any foot issues for the month of July.

I gained half a pound tonight and decided to start blogging here every night to try and figure things out. I know that I need to cut out my sugars and my bad for me snacking. I'm also this week going to write my food log down on paper too and see if that makes a difference plus I'll check in with an online group too. Just sent my food log to Wanna Be A Loser online yahoo group. Getting ready for BLC team chat think I'll check in here in a bit and clear the room from last Thursday. I really hope that journaling my food on paper and having the Wanna Be group help me figure out why I'm gaining 5 weeks in a row and not losing other than I'm gaining muscle which weighs more than fat.

3/16/11

Had the day off and didn't do much but I have already blogged at Spark People and now here too. I had to buy a new scale today and I got a Taylor Biggest Loser that no only weighs you but also tracks your BF% and Body Water % too.  Biggest Loser was good and inspiring as always last night and I watched the live online show with Suzy Hoover called Weighing in with Suzy and Matt was the guest co host with Missy since Suzy is out of town to celebrate her birthday this week. Did well on eating today I even had 2 fruits and 1 veggie. Will do better tomorrow and eat more fruits and veggies. Watching Race Hub on Speed until American idol comes on at 7. Think I'll do Ripped in 30 week2 and see how it compares to the first week.

Wednesday February 23,2011 I finally got blogger on my phone it's not blogger for android but it will work. I'm off tomorrow and can't wait for Saturday it's Day of Dance in Ft. Scott and then maybe to Nevada after for Mexican food.  Hopefully I can get into see the dr tomorrow afternoon or on Friday morning to get something stronger for this cold that's been hanging around for 3 weeks now. Also after next week we will do a test run of our now BC like challenge and I'm excited to get out from under the thumb of the people in charge of BC.  I know that when I rejoined BC it wasn't what I remember it being but stuck with it for my new friends Vickie Jo and Pia then my old friends Theresa, Julie and Sara along with the new friends (sisters) I've met on the Kicking Devils team.  Gonna close and rest for tonight and write more tomorrow.
